Payment
• Payments are securely processed via Squarespace Payments, Stripe, or PayPal.
• We do not store full credit card or bank account information; it is securely handled by our   payment processors.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Shipping
• We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping times and fees are estimates and may vary.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information. Once shipped, tracking details will be provided.

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted only on specific eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds will be issued after the returned items are received and inspected.
• Custom or made-to-order products (including wall panels and art panels) are final sale and not eligible for return.
