Shipping Timing

Processing times:

Ready-to-ship items: These items are ready to go and will typically ship within 1–3 business days of placing your order.

Made-to-order: As these items are created specifically for you, they require 1–5 business days for production and quality checks before they are ready for shipment.

Delivery times vary depending on carrier, destination, and external factors (e.g., holidays, weather, USPS/UPS delays).

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
• You are responsible for monitoring the shipment and following up with the carrier if there are delivery issues.

Shipping Costs

International Shipping

Damaged or Lost Packages
