At East of Black, each piece is crafted or curated with purpose. Our goal is to ensure you love what you receive — but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Please review our policy below.


Made-to-Order Policy

Each wall panel and art panel is made to order and carefully inspected before shipping. Because of their custom fabrication, all sales of made-to-order items are final and non-returnable.

If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Ready-to-Ship Items Policy

Items from our Home Décor and Wardrobe Essentials collections — may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Free of wear, marks, or damage

  • Accompanied by the original order number

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email beyond@eastofblack.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and address details.

  3. Once your return is received and approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Additional Notes

  • Returns outside the 14-day window cannot be accepted.

  • Shipping charges (original and return) are non-refundable.

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
